Nickelodeon anuncia que el cuarteto de Los Ángeles, DNCE, tomará el escenario de los Kids' Choice Awards 2016, para interpretar su éxito Cake by the Ocean. Su energética presentación se extenderá más allá del escenario hacia la audiencia y culminará con un baño épico de slime.

Conducido por Blake Shelton, la superestrella de la música Country y uno de los jueces del show The Voice de NBC, los Kids' Choice Awards US 2016 se grabarán desde el "Fabulous Forum" en Los Angeles, California y se transmitirán el lunes 14 de marzo a las 20:30

Nominados por primera vez como "Artista Nuevo Favorito", el sencillo debut de DNCE: Cake by the Ocean, se ha convertido en un éxito dentro del Top 10 de los 100 Hot Singles Chart de Billboard, y recientemente rompió en el top 10 de los Top 40 de la radio.

La canción está también actualmente en el top 10 iTunes Songs Chart, en el Top 100 US Chart de Shazam y en el Top 20 del US Top 50 Chart de Spotify.

Hasta la fecha, la canción excede los 70 millones de reproducciones en stream, mientras que las vistas de su video están por encima de los 17 millones y contando.

El EP debut de la banda, SWAAY (Republic Records), entró en el Top 10 del iTunes Pop Chart en su lanzamiento en octubre pasado. DNCE será la banda que abrirá el concierto de la actriz y cantante multi-platino Selena Gómez, durante su Revival Tour 2016 este verano, que comienza el 6 de mayo.

Próximamente se darán a conocer el resto de las celebridades que serán parte de los Kids' Choice Awards US 2016.
